How you can help us...
To do the best possible job for you, we do need a bit of preparation time.
This can be up to two hours to get the equipment set up and the sound tested. A
small part of this period has to be noisy - so preferably not whilst the speeches
are taking place! If there is no other option (for example the whole event
is in the same room), then there needs to be a short delay in proceedings whilst
we test stuff and get ready. Often this can be a time for your guests to have
a break.
